This Operating Agreement is very well done and covers pretty much every scenario I can think of that needs to be addressed during the life of an LLC. Also, the instructions on how to fill in the blanks were simple and clear. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get a high quality Operating Agreement but doesn't want to spend a ton of money on legal fees.
